A Careful, Professional Consultation Process
1. Registration and initial questions
Fill in your medical record at the front desk and show your ID for verification. A nurse will then ask some initial questions.
2. Detailed consultation
The practitioner on duty will ask about your condition and pain in detail. If needed, they will recommend and refer you for an X-ray or MRI.
3. Focused physical examination
In a private treatment room, we check meridians and acupoints, assess the tissues with ultrasound and carry out other targeted clinical tests.
4. Plan and treatment
We explain the source of your pain and carry out your treatment (physiotherapy equipment / acupuncture / manual therapy). With the $498 programme, herbal medicine is dispensed on the spot.
